Delete your account and data

How to request deletion of your MindForge account (developer: TotalCareSupport) and the data associated with it.

Option 1 — Delete in the app (immediate)

  1. Open MindForge.
  2. On the home screen, tap the Settings (gear) icon in the top-right.
  3. Under Account, tap Delete account.
  4. Confirm in the dialog. Your account and all saved progress are deleted immediately and you are signed out.

(Guest sessions have no account; choosing “New game” or “Reset all progress” clears their local data.)

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

If you can no longer open the app, email development@totalcaresupport.com from the email address linked to your Google sign-in, with the subject “Delete my MindForge account.” We will verify ownership and delete your account and data within 30 days.

What is kept

Nothing personally identifiable is retained after deletion. MindForge does not use advertising or third-party analytics. Any incidental copies in routine encrypted backups are purged within 90 days.
